Shipping to Different Addresses

You can place orders with one account, and you can add separate invoice or shipping addresses for each order. you can add multiple addresses within the Addresses section of your My Account.

Delayed Orders

From time to time, its possible that an order will become delayed, this could be due to an out of stock item at your selected branch, there might be other factors too that may cause delays, such as an increase in demand.

Opening a Trade Account

If you operate within a trade, you can sign up for a trade account where you can access exclusive deals and offers.

If you already have an account that you want to convert to a business account; you can modify your account status within the Create Account as B2B section of your My Account.

Nearest Delivery Depot

The depot locator function serves to find your nearest delivery depot. After you have made a selection, this depot will receive your order once payment has been processed.

This guide will help you through the process

  1. You will be prompted on your fist visit to find your nearest delivery depot, if you dismiss this window, you can choose your local delivery depot again, from the bottom right corner of your screen, from each product page, and finally the checkout page
  2. With the delivery depot locator window open, you can enter location information such as town, city, post code. You can also click the plus icon + this will attempt to access your location to provide you with your nearest delivery depot.
  3. If you encounter any issues with locating a delivery depot, for example there are no results, this might be due to your location, whilst we try to cover most of the mainland UK, some remote areas are excluded, you can find more information regarding this on our delivery information page. Alternatively please feel free to contact our customer support team.

Orders placed will typically go through a few stages these are as follows; Payment Accepted > Processing In Progress > Shipped > Delivered.

Damages

Should your "whole" order arrive damaged, you must;

  1. Refuse delivery.

If only part of your order is damaged and you choose to accept the delivery, you must;

  1. Notify the driver and write damaged against your signature.
  2. Notify us immediately of any damages, including pictures of the damaged item(s).

Unless these steps are taken we wont be able to process a claim and issue a replacement and/or refund.

Payment Options

We accept a number of payment options which will be presented to you during the checkout process. The types of payment methods we accept are as follows;

  1. Payment by card.
  2. Payment by bank transfer using open banking payment system.
  3. Credit, subject to status.

Modify or Cancel Order

It will be difficult to change or modify your order after it has been placed, this is due to how orders are processed, we can't guarantee we will be able to change, modify or cancel your order but to do so, you must notify us immediately.
